Module 2 concentrates on the structures of PLCs: creating collaborative PLC time, using protocols to assess and expand learning; employing text-based seminars to encourage participants to read and share professional work; developing norms to guide discussion and creating and sustaining school-wide teams that are reflective of the entire school to ensure representation and input from all staff members.
